Request for Quotation: Carbon and energy audit of the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC)

The Cambodia Climate Change Alliance (CCCA) is a multi-donor initiative funded by EU, Sida, and UNDP with a comprehensive and innovative approach to address climate change in Cambodia. The overall objective is to strengthen national systems and capacities to support the coordination and implementation of Cambodia’s climate change response, contributing to a greener, low carbon, climate-resilient, equitable, sustainable and knowledge-based society. The specific objective is to contribute to the implementation of the Cambodia Climate Change Strategic Plan 2014-2023.

CCCA is seeking a consultant or consulting firm to support ITC and its Research and Innovation Center in conducting an energy and carbon audit of the university and respective action plan, developing a Youth engagement campaign aiming at raising awareness and developing capacity for reducing energy consumption and lowering carbon emissions at the individual and institutional levels.

Therefore, we would like to send request for quotations is open to firms, non-profit organizations and individual consultants. Applicants should submit a quote including:

- Proposed steps for the assignment in line with the above requirements, and corresponding costs;

- CV of proposed personnel;

- For firms, a summary of relevant experience in addition to individual staff CVs.

The quote should be inclusive of VAT. If the selected applicant is not VAT registered or exempted, CCCA will apply a withholding tax of 15%.
